Function:

1.1.A as a good antioxidant.
2.Essential for normal functioning of reproductive organs.
3.maintaining muscle of the body and stracture of RBCs.

Deficiency symptoms:

Reproductive failure 

Muscular dystrophy increased haemolysis leading to macrocyte anaemia
